“Late, faulty, late, poor customer service”

Ordered a canvas from Tesco for collection in store, the email clearly stated it would be ready in 7 days and when I went to collect it the lady looked for it for about 10 mins and then said it was delayed. 4 days later I went back and it had arrived but the edge of the canvas was damaged!

The manager said it had been damaged in transit and blamed a company called dex I was not happy so she said she could get another one sent.

7 days later I got a call to say it had come in and so made a special journey to get it, on getting it home we noticed that there was a scratch on the canvas that was about 2 inches long!

Back we go again and the manager challenged me saying we had damaged it taking it home!! Well supply it in a box that protects it I said. After a heated discussion she said she could not give me a refund and that another one would have to be sent. 7 Days later it arrived and was ok but I will never order from the Tesco site ever again.
