I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly whenever I needed to speak to them or get advice. I have told friends and family about my plan and how it helped me get debt free without the constant worry of speaking to my creditors and the plan worked out for me was always reviewed to ensure that I could afford it without leaving myself too short at the end of the month.
