“Avoid this lot”

I called them out to a flat battery, after waiting on the phone for ten minutes i got an answer but i was soon interrogated as to why i had not bought a new battery before this happened!!! I told them how would i know that the battery would fail before it did! but i was told that it was my fault that i had not bought a new battery sooner! why would i buy a new battery whilst it's still working? I was then told they would only come out if i paid £98.00 + vat to give me a start, i told him to forget it. Luckly it was outside my home and i just did not go out that night and i went to buy a new battery the next day. I beleive this company should be reported to trading standards for dishonest dealing. Avoid at all costs, stick with the big 3 companies, you really do get what you pay for!
