I recently contacted justhostme using a support ticket about a problem accessing my website, namely no rvsitebuilder icon in cpanel. My initial contact was at 16.00 and I had a reply back at 20.43. This all on a Saturday! The reply pointed out that there was a server migration underway (I had received an email notification of this...) and I would be able to access it after completion. True to their word all was back to normal on time, allowing me to update my site.
They provided excellent service as usual, and after using support tickets previously, this is what I have come to expect from justhostme.
