“beware of there sales staff”

Bought a flat of them, the hendon branch in london, many things there sales staff said were not met on completion. As it was a new build that had not been built yet, I was shown a showroom. When my flat was finally built the living room was smaller than that of the showroom which they promised would be the same size. They also told me I had to use there solicitors but they ended up not being on the panel of the bank I was using so I had to change half way through. They promised an allocated parking space which did not happen. They use bully tactics to try and rush you into exchanging. I give two stars and thats only for the builders as the property was finished to a good standard. My advice is always read everything bit of paper you sign with them and don't hesitate to question them on things. Also be aware you can bargain and haggle with them on many things, they will tell you otherwise but I had great success haggling on prices with them on flooring and other things. If you use them approach with caution but I advice is DO NOT use them at all. My aunt used them and had a similar experience.
