“Website does not work - can't get a car insurance quote.”

I was fed up with my current car insurers watching them steadily introduce new rules and reduce liability every year. So I finally decided to switch to Direct Line.

Went onto their website several times over the last week and again today (Sunday) and all I get is a spinning wheel on their quotation page. If this rubbish company can't even get an online quote to work, how on earth are they going to insure me properly? They obviously haven't understood the concept of the "interweb" yet!

I am outta here....I will never use this useless company because the warning signs are already there.....a non functioning website is usually sign of a don't care attitude and lack of customer care and attention. This is so typical of may UK companies who parade they are the best and are running on shoe strings.

I am going to stay put with my current insurer, at least their website still works and at least I can get some normal service. What is becoming of Britain? All I see are more examples of such don't care attitudes like Direct Line.....I hope the company goes down soon and spares the innocent consumers a lot of aggravation IF and WHEN they actually make a claim as I seriously doubt they provide a proper service even if you were to phone them.

You only have to look at other opinions below to realise that my opinion is not unique and that this company thrives on rubbish service. You have been warned.....!!!
