I phoned on 01/04/2015, to report that our windscreen had been smashed. Our car is a normal run of the mill hatchback so I was expecting a quick replacement.
The earliest given was a date on the 13/04/2015. I then subsequently phoned to rearrange this, where it took 3 phone calls before a representative had the courtesy to phone back.
The replacement was then booked for today 12/04/2015.
A voicemail was then left on my phone this morning stating that the replacement wouldn't now be done for another week and a half.
Contacted their customer service who basically said "tuff" contact your insurer.
Considering I paid my excess some 2 weeks ago and still waiting for the replacement, I consider this a very very poor service, and would suggest this company is avoided at all costs.
