General Comments
I have had to shop at simply be for the last 2 years due to my size, and being only young they beat all the other options ie Evans!

I guess the good points are the exactly that. They do have good clothing, it can be quite fashionable. Its easy to shop online, although do watch out for one of their associated brands, crazy clearance, as they often sell the products about a month later for crazy prices, like a £40 top reduced to £5...
They started me off with a £200 credit limit, even with my terrible credit history. They have regularly upped my limit, usually by £200 every 2 or 3 months, and i have always stayed within it, although i have missed one or two payments and they have charged me £12 each, but once i complained and threw in the old "but im such a good customer line" they refunded both.
I am now up to a £1000 credit limit which is fantastic, and if look on their website the choice of products is not just clothes, as they are a member of the JD Williams group, which covers everything including menswear, kidswear, homewear, electrical, gifts, even red letter days! I recently purchased a laptop which wasnt completely ridiculously overpriced and i was quite pleased.
They have an English call centre too which is always a bonus in this day and age!!

The downsides are that it is RIDICULOUSLY over priced. I mean your looking at £30- £40 for a top and the same again for a pair of jeans, which you wouldnt say was expensive, but the quality is very poor. We're talking primark/new look quality at very expensive prices, although i never buy anything from their catalogue now unless i really like it as i just wait a month or so and its reduced on the crazy clearance site.
The delivery is atrocious. I ordered next day delivery for a suit on a Thursday as i was going away on the Sunday night. I was told delivered by Friday morning, Saturday at the latest. Nothing, so i went away without it. I came back a week later to find the suit shoved through my bedroom window. I complained and they apologised said it wouldnt happen again. The next time i ordered (about 2 weeks later) i was out at work and came home to find a pair of shoes id ordered in a big shoe box, shoved thorugh my window and it had knocked my DVD's off the windowsill !! I complained again, and was given a £5 gift voucher. When it arrived, it was out of date.... in September 2001!!!
I rung up and they assured me they would still take it, so i made a large order, and waited over 1 month for the whole thing to be delivered to me. One thing never turned up but they replaced it pretty quickly.

Overall i would say that this is a good company to use, and the problems are few and far between. The problems were with the separate delivery company and not their fault.

I would recommend and i will continue to use this company
