I used to love Waitrose and I still like some their food very much as it often has a quality and selection above the rest, including M&S. The staff are polite and the shop is usually well presented.



However, their delivery service is dreadful. They are frequently late with many substitutions which often make no sense and many 'unavailables' every time. Their packing is dreadful. They put butter in with raw chicken and have no concept of separating raw meat from other items. I have, twice, had rotten fresh fish. That should never happen. Customer service seems to read a stock answer, but do not seem to listen, care or act.



For half a dozen times, I have said to myself 'NO more deliveries from Waitrose' and then get lured back. Today was the final straw. I really mean it now. Goodbye Waitrose Delivery. Because you are not worth it.
