It took me six or seven tries to purchase my ticket. Although I chose not to sign in with a United Mileage Plus number, the website kept throwing me back to that part of the process, and wouldn't let me move on to purchase the ticket. Then they said the attempt had exceeded their 20-minute deadline, and expired. Then I tried again later, and it kept saying the email address and confirmation email address did not match. Although I kept trying to type in the correct email, it kept fillng in an incorrect one.
