Ordered bed in february wasnt told about delivery until i paid, delivery organised nearly 2 months later, no delivery due to an accident apparently, when the bed did arrive no mattress or mattress protector which i ordered, so i sent bed back, went for a refund was persuaded not to by salesman,was assured i would get all 3 bits next time, next delivery arranged 2 weeks later, no delivery couldn't find mattress going to get money back now what a disgrace
