“The last trip with NE.”

We travelled two days ago from Leeds to London and back. The AC system did not work on both legs. Sky windows were the only way of getting fresh air. Moreover the heating radiators in the saloon were very hot all the time, even if the outside temperature was 18-20C and the driver claimed the heating was off. As soon as the coach slowed down it would become unbearably hot and heavy inside. Everyone attempted to fiddle with the overhead AC controls but in vain - AC was dead. My wife almost fainted and looked as pale as death. On the motorway it was better but still not comfortable due to very strong draft. We have concluded that this was the last time we used NE services. Think twice if your health is week - this could be your last trip.
