My biggest problem was getting through to renew my insurance, it took me over 4 hours before I was actually connected to a helper. Once through I had no problem with the renewal, the member of staff was very friendly and very helpful. Pleased with the price quoted and the service.
Again, my biggest complaint would be the time it took to actually speak to someone, I had almost got to the point of giving up and going elsewhere. I did try emailing but did not even get a reply.
