General Comments
Myself and 20 other people stayed at the Kouzalis Beach Hotel in Protaras as part of my daughters wedding package. I can only say, without reservation, that the hotel, its management and staff made this a truly memorable experience. There was nothing that was not too much that the staff could not sort out or arrange. The food was good, with a good deal of variety, and all staff treated us with the utmost respect. I would have no reservation in saying to anybody who is thinking about a holiday at this hotel, that it was great. Don't read into all the bad reviews you may hear or see.
