Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your query and thank you for your patience.

I realise this is a generic email however, over the past week we have made improvements to a multitude of areas within HomeSwapper which I feel will have addressed your enquiry. These include:

• Login
• Matching
• The introduction of a ‘All Homes’ and ‘People who want a home like yours’ searches
• Wall messages
• Password reset issues
• And general bugs

Can I please ask that you try logging back into HomeSwapper to see if your enquiry has been rectified. If you are still experiencing a problem after doing this, please feel free to get back in touch.

This is the reply I received from Homeswapper. It doesn't even get near answering the question.
It says type your reply above the line. EXCEPT IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO.
RIDICULOUS. Posters on here say 'Our housing association/ Council are paying these people. Oh yeah? Where do you think the money came from to pay them? Wake up it came from our rents. We are paying for it!!!
