I made a last minute order for a special birthday present. The Bags of Love team went above and beyond, contacting me about how to improve the product by redesigning it then responding very flexibly to my response to expedite it. As a result, itcam on time for the bog day, only 2 days after i'd ordered it. But best of all, the product! A deckchair with our photo on the canvas. It was fantastic quality and the recipient (my dad) was really thrilled - no mean feat!! I would unreservedly recommend Bags of Love - especially for someone who's hard to buy for. Thank you!
