“The worst remittance service I have ever seen”

I had sent money to India trough transfast on suggestion of a friend. They took 6 days in transferring the amount, every time i was trying to reach the online chat, they were telling that this is just to check fraud just like they were doing with others. They promise transferring the money within 4 hours but they never do it. Also there was a refer a friend scheme but they never send even a single dollar gift card to anybody. Customer service is very poor.
Would never like to use this service again.
I am repenting that I had recommended this service to a number of friends. Now writing them emails to never even try this.
.. May be they have a good past but presently they provide no competition to other remittance services and easily declare themselves as the worst one.
