My 16 year old son came off his bike and broke it. When it was clear he was unable to ride it anymore I cancelled the policy .
The cost of cancelling the policy was equal to 40% of the cost of the policy, an extortionate charge in anyones book, when I said as much they were indifferent and said if I didn't pay it my 16 year old son would be subject to debt collectors.
The whole service and communications on the three occasions I phoned was appalling. STAY CLEAR of this company.
The company should have advised of the charge before I cancelled and given me the options of not cancelling as this would have been more cost effective.
I have been a driver for 30 years and have never in my life received such poor quality service from an insurance company.
