An absolutely terrible airline. I booked with Jet2 because Ryanair don't fly to Prague. From now on, I will stick to flying to places which Ryanair serve and with EasyJet and Bmibaby in the unlikely events that they have lower fares. Jet2 had the worst customer service, the rudest staff and the oldest most run down planes I've ever been on! Avoid Jet2 and fly with another low cost carrier. I would have to be compensated by Jet2 to consider flying them again.
