“Did not turn up”

Appointment agreed for a loft insulation, took day off from work, first it was changed from morning to afternoon by Mark group without a reason, then the technician phoned on the day and claimed stuck in traffic and said that he will arrive 17.30-18.00, he never turned up, his mobile switched off, phoned Mark group, they claimed that the branch arranged fitters is closed, this was said in a rude and ignorant manner.
