“Stay AWAY”

Worse experience in my life. They almost ruined our holidays in Italy. The employee of Firefly in Pisa, did everything in her power to prevent us from getting the car we had booked one month in advance. She was lying to us all the time. She was trying to get us to book another car and pay all over again. We had to argue for one hour, at the end we had to yell which caught the attention of the security manager who came out and order her to give us the car as we were right all the way from the beginning. She tried to make me sign the papers without seeing the car. She told me that it was new and unscratched. When I insisted to have it inspected, she marked in the paper 6 scratches and one small accident. Don't know what would have happened if I didn't insist. Stay away from this company, it might be cheap but it can ruin your holidays.
