“Scamed Money back in my account”

I would like to thank Barclay Bank staff for all their help after i messed up by buying goods via a web site, they sorted my problem out and got my money refunded. I found this problem stressfull but they made light of my stuation while I was on the phoned with then and joked with me and reasured me they are doing their best to get my money refunded,which they have done in 4 weeks well done and thank you all.
