“horrible home delivery ”

I ordered some clothes online and it said it would take up to 3-4 working days for me to receive my delivery. I am yet to receive my delivery and the company cant even give me a specific time of when my parcel will be arriving!!! I then had to wait in my apartment for 12 hours yesterday and today just for nothing as the new look employee said it would be delivered anytime from 8am to 8pm! I still haven't received the parcel! sooo fed up with it! the employee I spoke to told me it would take another 2 days for my parcel to be delivered! what a joke!! so annoyed!
