“Going the extra mile”

When Policy Expert first rang I tried to put them off as I was content with my current insurers. However, they persisted, and managed to get me a comparable insurance at less than half the cost of the original quote from my current insurers. The staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful (and wouldn't take no for an answer - but I'm glad they didn't).

My only problem is that 10 days after taking the insurance policy out I still haven't received my documents through the post (though I have received the email version). I have phoned and they said they would send me another set, which I still haven't received - but I think the fault must lie with our postal system rather than Policy Expert.
