I bought an insurance with the company as this was one of the cheapest quotes. After getting my front bumper damaged in an incident my car was underwritten and taken away as the costs of repair exceeded the value of the car. I didn't expect a 55 reg passat to be of less value then it's front bumper. I received less than a half of the market value of the car, even though it was still good to drive. It doesn't matter for them if the accident was your fault or not, they will still get your NCB down to 0. Not helpful at all
