I am an ee customer. I seen ee tv advertised so I call them up to add it to my package as I have home broadband and home phone man said I could get it added went throw everything including terms and conditions. This was 18th March still hadn't received my tv box I called on 27th March got past from person to person phoned about six times and still got no where. So phoned 3th April got told different info from people. Then man tells me it will be here in 3 days then another man said my packed hadn't been change that's why I hadn't received my tv box. Then another man said I'm not untilled to it cause I wasn't a mobile pay monthly or pays you go customer. What a hassle for about 2 weeks when I could have been told at the start.Very bad customer service and company be careful
