my experience with this company became awful when I made the mistake of changing my car.every time I tried to enter details of my new car (Audi A3 cabriolet ) the system kept asking for version in a non active box.subsequent messaging with staff gave me misplaced hope of resolution. After some weeks and on the day before I was due to collect my new car I tried again given the new car was registered. The result a message telling me they could,nt find an A3 cabriolet on their system. And I should cancel insurance and try somewhere else ( it's an Audi for goodness sake not a home made rebuild) I was also informed in the message that if I cancelled I would,nt have the administration charges, that would be the 65 pounds administration charge I have to pay.
Three days ago I contacted the complaints department and have even had an acknowledgement ,customer service is in my opinion of great concern.
