“Outstanding service and professionalism”

I was very impressed by ValueDoors from the first visit which was undertaken by the proposed installer to provide new UPVC french doors for my Sussex based home. He took a great deal of care in measuring the space and as there was a concern with being able to get the frame into the house he returned on a number of occasions to consider alternative access. Once the order had been finalised it was a very quick turnaround from order to installation. The representative arrived promptly and worked efficiently and carefully throughout. Given that it is an old house he took extra care to avoid any damage to the surrounding wall thus avoiding having to have plaster repairs. An added bonus on the day was the visit of a national supervisor who was present to observe the work quality and ensure that the installer met all health and safety requirements - he passed with flying colours. The finished quality standard of the doors is excellent and my guarantee came through within 48 hours of invoice and payment. Overall I am delighted with the product and the service offered by Value Doors and for anybody requiring similar work within the Sussex area I would strongly recommend them. Finally the price was very reasonable and compared very favourably with other national providers.
