“Great seats shame about the delivery charge!”

Great website and really great seats cannot complain.

However I was charged a £9.95 fee for postage, then received my tickets via email.

When I called to ask about this I was told this is standard and I would be refunded.

A very strange system, I think Double 8 tickets are great but will definitely try other companies first due to this odd deliver charge.
