“Excellent recruitment company to work for”

Having worked at GRB for nearly two and a half years, only leaving recently to pursue an ambition of going travelling, I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. Both Directors are extremely passionate about the business and work hard to ensure it is a success while creating a dynamic, supportive and sociable atmosphere in the office. All staff get on well and there are numerous social activities that take place throughout the year, arranged by the company as well as by staff themselves. The incentives in place to perform well are excellent and the company offers a very generous uncapped commission structure which is superior to most recruitment businesses. It is genuinely a fun place to work and the training and on-going support that all staff receive is very good.
