Paid for a car seat which was due for delivery on 1.04.15 when I actually arrived to collect it wasn't there. Contacted the store the next day to be told that the order hadn't actually gone through and that although they had taken payment for the car seat no car seat was ever going to be delivered. The store said it was neither their fault or customer services fault it was an error which occurs on system sometimes and no fault of anyone. Their only ever aware of this when customer informs them
That they haven't received goods. I have now had a full refund and will not be using this store again. This is the second time I have ordered large items paid for them and there been and issue.
