“Disrespectful and Expensive”

They like to charge you £30 were ever they can took out policy didn't no I had points on licence only young drivers requested me to send of for a new license which I did then it came back with 3 points on from a year ago even though I weren't aware before taking policy they still want £30.... They claim management has called as I requested yet no missed calls or voicemail on phone as they said it was... I would avoid these guys with there disrespect and unprofessional attitude to its customers
