“Terrible response time for a simple issue...”

After phoning for the 2nd time to sort out an error, I was told that I would receive the required paperwork, only to receive an e-mail asking me to send a copy of my V5, this I did and in return I got an automated reply promising a reply within 72 hours, after 4 days I emailed again, to get the same automated reply promising a response within 72 hours, after 90 hours I finally got an email from a human being, stating that premium choice had contacted the insurance underwriter and, that I would finally get the paperwork I needed, at Some point in the near future !! My renewal is due and I have change insurance company's as a matter of urgency, if it takes This long to sort a simple, straightforward problem, I dread to think what would happen if I actually needed to make a claim, no matter how simple...
Take my advise, No matter how cheap the quote is, go somewhere else and Know that you have 'proper' car insurance !!
