“Bannatyne Gym what a joke”

when you go to a gym do you want working equipment, clean swimming pool, then don't bother joining Bannatynes in Thurrock because you wont get any of these things and when you complain the staff smile sweetly and say it is not their fault. They do not value their customers and could not care less if you want to cancel your membership
