I have had only one bracelet from Bidz that I have a complaint with.

Since I have not sent it back, I do not know what will happen.

I did not pay a fortune for it, so will just report it to my credit company if they do not refund it.

As for the rest well?

If you are bidding, you should look into the Bidz Buy to see what they sell it for first.Pay only half of that.I have seen people pay over what they sell it for? This is ridiculous, to wait all that time, and end up paying more then their price.Do not go by the list price on the bidders boxes!

I bought one expensive ring, and I am happy with it.

Never had problems with deliveries.

Will not buy anymore though until I see what happens with my return.

I do though believe they have ghost bidders, but in the case of bidding just average what you think you should pay.Then after it goes over that delete it.It will come on again.
