I stumbled across Bidz.com around 6 Months ago whilst looking for on-line wholesale jewellers to start up an E-Bay business. In the 6 months that I have been using Bidz.com, I have had nothing other than great service and quality items... I've probably spent a couple of thousand pounds with them over the last six months, and have almost doubled that reselling the items on Ebay. You really have to judge the best time to buy in the auctions to be sure of some great bargains though, I find that Brand names resell extremely well on Ebay, so I mostly concentrate on these... Although I have had to purchase the odd bit of Gold now and then because of the crazy low price! All of my customers on Ebay have consistently given me high feedback on the products, and overall I have been highly impressed. Only once did I not receive a placed order, after five weeks I informed Bidz.com who immediately refunded the £200 spent... On the same day! As I said, excellent customer service... The only downside now is the P&P price. For a while they did offer free P&P for any orders over $250, which was a great plus. Sadly, this offer no longer applies, and I find the overall Fedex shipping service to be a bit overpriced and takes around 3-4 weeks to reach me (I live in the UK). Also, it seems to be a bit of a lottery as to weather I will be charged with UK import tax or not on every delivery! Still, when all is said and done, this company is still excellent value for money and I would highly recommend to anybody who wishes to use Bidz.com as a small business supplier.
