WRITE A REVIEW

“Very pleased so far”

Not very computer savvy and was concerned at seeing negative comments on Money Saving Expert (appreciate a few poor reviews are not representative of all) but info on the website (with own research)helped decision re which components to put together in laptop (UltraNote: 15.6" Matte HD LED Backlit Widescreen (1366x768)). Liked that I could uprate the CPU (i5); Win7; decide how much RAM etc which made it a very competitive but better prospect than PC World/other online suppliers. Very pleased with level of comms about progress of order & delivery - which included a phone call (nice personal touch). Laptop arrived 5 mins after start of delivery time slot & very well packaged. Liked inclusion of set up instruction book; free option to upgrade to Win8 &/or Win10; and matte screen. No issues so far. Don't like that PCSpecialist logo appears on start up (burnt into BIOS?) and overwrites any Internet Explorer/Firefox home page defaults I've tried to set up with the pcspecialist website. This is annoying - been pleased with you so far - don't spoilt it by forcing this aspect. A sticker on the case would have sufficed.
