I have had insurance with Hastings for 10 months before I had a Non-fault accident. I called the claims team within an hour of the accident and the lady I spoke to was lovely, she was really helpful and took all my details. However from this point onwards I had nothing but problems with them and their claims handlers Alberny Assistance. I won't go into the details as it was the claims handlers and not the insurer, however due to this shambles I will not be using Hastings ever again- I lodged a formal complaint and was told I was a liar... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
