“Only part of the claim has been met”

The vet said the full treatment so far would be claimed at the same time, as they were sending the claim in when complete.
I filled in the parts I could and left the form with them.
So far it has cost me about £300 not < £120 so I hope the rest will be paid on the one excess as it was all part of the same treatment, which at the present time has not fully cleared up and she might need yet another injection.

Generally however I have been completely satisfied with Petplan and am confident that the rest will be paid in due course.

I chose Petplan for her after she had been insured elsewhere for 6 years without a claim - very unfortunate that something has irritated her skin now in her first year with Petplan after a clean record elsewhere.

I changed because I had been totally satisfied with the policy I had for my greyhound.
