“This company has stolen my money!”

My order is still outstanding and I ordered it in January! It's now the end of March. After numerous emails and being given the run around,I asked 4 times for a refund. I'm still waiting?!
Don't ever deal with this company, they will take your money and never deliver your goods . They need to be prosecuted.
