We used a2b to provide our shuttle service from Enfidha to Hammamet in February 2015. The coach service was supplied by Emira-travel. On arrival we sat on the coach for over 2 hours while they waited for people from other flights to arrive. Couple sitting in front of us had been on there for 3 hours and they made their feelings known. Worst of all was on return. We was stated a pick up time of 7:30am so was in hotel reception ready and waiting for 7:15. At 8:15 still no coach so I called emergency no. (which cost me a lot of money) and was abruptly told we have plenty of time, coach will be there in 5-10mins max. at 8:30 still no show so called again. Was told drivers been held up at other pick ups 5mins max. At 8:40 hotel receptionist got concerned and called for us. Surprise surprise she was told drivers been held up at other pick ups 5mins max. Coach turned up at 8:50 and it was empty so what happened to other pickups? Coach was in very poor condition falling apart and massive cracks across the wind screen. Finally got to airport at 9:45 and the driver had a cheek to hassle us for a tip. 10:00am was still queueing to get in the airport with our flight due to take off at 11:05. Was told at check in a few more mins and we would have been too late.
