I am a pensioner, and only have have a PAYG phonemainly for emergencies, and am sick to death of getting at least one call or text, every day, from O2, urging me to top up £15.00, in order to get free texts etc. I have found it virtually impossible to contact them, just beeing answered by recorded messages, and incurring further charges. I now intend to change my phone, for one on a different network, or resort to bringing charges of harrassment against O2
