having brought a 2014 Audi from these guys. With only 7000. Miles on the clock .after the first few months. Bang the clutch goes...motorpoint say they won't pay for it..even though they tell you it has a year warranty when you buy it...the car I brought from them was originally from a driving school...which they didn't say..if I had known that I would never have brought it....after 10 days of them trying to wriggle out of paying for the total repair of .....£1630...and endless emails and phone calls ..they want an independent Engineer to look at it.....although Audi Bristol have told them ..the clutch has gone...I am a 55 year old woman. who when driving her small grandchildren to nursery school the car started filling with smoke..bang the clutch goes. and the clutch peddle gets stuck....stranded in the middle of a busy road..toddlers crying, I can't even put it in gear to move to a safe area....I have done less then 2000 or so miles in less than 6 months....in this car....
So If you want a hire car bill..£400 so far.......and counting...then I would STAY AWAY...FROM MOTORPOINNT......
they take your money and keep giving you the run around.....I haven't so far had a good customer service from them....
