“Awful Insensitive Company”

Please think twice about using Petplan. I've been a customer for 20 years and only claimed twice. I paid neatly £1k every year!! Anyway My horse suddenly died four months ago and Petplan are refusing to pay my vets or loss fees. I'm now going to the financial
Ombudsman to make a claim. The worse thing is, I receieved a bunch of flowers four months after my horse had died to say sorry for your loss. Unbelievable. I am currently moving my other pets away from petplan. Even when I phined to tell them of his death the woman said "has it been disposed of". Awlful awful people.
