“Waste of time and money”

I purchased this to recover some data on an external drive on my iMac.

The software was stuck in demo mode, I then raised two support tickets with no success. After following their FAQ's the software still didn't work. Their website wouldn't let me logon to respond nor would it recognise the logon credentials they supplied via email.

To top it off they wouldn't respond to my emails about this nor would they give a refund for their faulty software.

Don;t waste your time with this rubbish their are other products that do work unlike theirs.

I was very disappointed with their lack of response to my isues, they were willing to take my money with no care about the issues I was having.
