“POOR Quality & Customer Service ”

Mothers Days Flowers should have arrived the Saturday but they arrived on the Monday.The £35 bunch was mainly leaves and trimmings and the small amount of flowers were wilting. Nothing like the picture on the website. Could of bought much nicer ones from a supermarket. When I complained they just replied saying it says in small print we cant guarantee delivery and if you take off the dead petals they will look better. Offering me 10% of my next order -I would never make an order with this company again! Terrible service and Terrible Quality!
