“Great Phone Customer Service”

Thank you so much for the great help today. I have just gotten off the phone with your call centre staff, and the woman that helped me was excellent.

I have just taken out a new policy for the purchase of our first house, and not knowing a lot about the details of home and contents insurance terminology the staff member was patient and informative helping me understand what our lawyers were asking to see, and she showed me where to find it and other useful information.

I haven't been with homeprotect long, but if this initial service is anything to go by, we made the right decision as we venture into home ownership! I hope that we will have a continued working relationship as first impressions have been so far.
