The service we received was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond the norm to help us. Our circumstance was far from easy, with an IVA in our past, a house we already own being rented out and one of us being self-employed. From the first phone call to the mortgage being approved, they were superb. They found us the right mortgage and it was really very easy. They took the stress out of the process, by being kind and helpful. They responded quickly to emails and phone calls. We can't recommend London and Country highly enough. They were excellent.
