“Should of had fibre broadband installed on the...”

Should of had fibre broadband installed on the 24/3/2015 but when the bt engineer turned up they had no idea that they were installing phone line and fibre.I called origin and explained why my fibre wasn't being done as promised and they said another bt engineer had to come out to install the fibre which they never told me about. They said that someone would be out the same day to do the broadband then called me back and said that there was a problem and that my order would be delayed.I then got a call from origin that evening saying that my broadband would go live on the 25/3/2015 and an engineer would call round between 1 pm to 6pm after waiting in all day waiting and missing two important appointments nobody from BT turned up. I called origin and complained yet a secound time and asked why nobody had turned up and they said they would call bt to find out why...I'm still waiting for a call back.the guy from origin try to fob me if saying that bt were definitely informed about the appointment date and he said he would chase it up... to be honest in my opinion I don't beleive that an engineer was even booked for today cos if they were they would of attended the appointment date. I beleive that origin lied yet again to stop me from cancelling my order or make me feel better cos I had complained yesterday saying I wasn't happy with the service that I was receiving.
