“It Works for me!”

I am disabled and cannot walk at all. About a year ago I took out a subscription with Nutracheck, weighing 180kg. During the first 6 months I lost over 40kg then the subscription ended and I thought I could do it alone. Throughout the Christmas period and the first month of 2015 I put on 33kg. I let myself go with take-aways and bread. I am now signed up with another subscription of Nutracheck and I am even more determined to get the weight off and keep it off. In Just over 6 weeks I have lost over 10kg. It has proven to me that nutracheck works for me and I will be staying with it. Just spending the time calorie counting and recording food intake helps to keep me on the right track. 1500 calories a day with occasional treats works well for me. Thanks Nutracheck.
